Membership for All Application

Thank you for applying to the CuriOdyssey Membership for All program.

Membership for All, an extension of our Museums for All program, offers free membership for eligible families. Qualification is based on enrollment in eligible assistance programs, child and family services, or by meeting specific income thresholds.

CuriOdyssey’s Membership for All includes two cardholders and admittance of a total party of six people per day, along with all the other benefits of a CuriOdyssey membership. This membership must be renewed annually to remain eligible, and qualification must be re-verified at the time of renewal.

All applicants must qualify under one of these categories and be able to provide documentation for their qualification:

Participation in one of the following assistance programs: Golden State Advantage EBT/CalFresh/SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, and/or Kaiser Community Health Care Program.
Participation in one of the following within the last 6 months: a subsidized child care program, and/or temporary/transitional housing for those experiencing homelessness or domestic abuse
Current participation in one of the following: foster care and/or a nonprofit organization that supports families and their children living with serious illnesses
Annual income for the most recent year is below the annual threshold listed on the table below:

Membership for All memberships may be acquired in-person or by completing our online application. You will be asked to provide proof of qualification as part of your application process.

Annual Income Requirement Certification*

After completing this application, the email address listed above will receive a confirmation email with complete guidelines. This proof of income must be a government document from within the last year, which includes, at minimum, your name and an income amount or confirmation of unemployment status. This documentation can be provided by responding to the confirmation email or by showing it to a staff member at our front desk during open hours.
