Please see the list of participating institutions at the ASTC and AZA websites. It is best to contact the participating institution before visiting to find out how it will honor your CuriOdyssey membership. For example, although membership covers museum admission for all children or grandchildren under 18 in one household, another institution might limit the number of admissions. Please also note any geographical proximity restrictions. CuriOdyssey is not responsible for the current accuracy of the information provided by these websites.
You should receive an email to download your digital membership cards within 5-10 business days. You will also receive a welcome letter with your parking permits in a separate email around the same time.
Memberships purchased online are valid as soon as the payment is processed. You can use your membership immediately by showing a photo ID at the entrance. You can also join onsite when you visit. It will take 15-20 minutes to get you enrolled as a member.

Membership cards cannot be faxed or emailed. CuriOdyssey, AZA, and ASTC institutions do not honor faxes, emails, receipts, or other similar documents as acceptable proof of membership.
You will receive an email to download your digital cards within a week or two of joining or renewing. If you need them sooner, we suggest purchasing your membership online and then giving us a call at 650-342-7755 during museum hours. We may be able to expedite the delivery of your digital card.
You should receive an email that contains your welcome/tax letter along with your parking permits within 5-10 business days of your transaction. You will also receive a separate email around the same time that includes a link and instructions to download your digital membership cards.
CuriOdyssey, AZA, and ASTC institutions do not honor faxes, emails, receipts, and other similar documents as acceptable proof of membership. A digital or physical card is required for proof of CuriOdyssey membership.
Memberships are processed in the order they are received and processing time is determined by the current volume of memberships to be processed. You should expect to receive emails containing your tax letter, parking permits and digital membership cards within 5-10 business days of your purchase.
The fastest way to use a membership is to purchase online. The membership is valid as soon as the payment is processed. You can show a photo ID at the front entrance of CuriOdyssey to use your membership immediately.
Each replacement card is $5.00. Please call or mail payment to CuriOdyssey with the name on the card that is to be replaced. If the card is for an additional Member on the account, for example, grandparent or nanny, please clearly state the name of the primary Member on the account. We will not be able to process the replacement card without this additional information. New cards can be issued in person from the Guest Services Desk, for a $5.00 replacement fee. Please note that the park gate may require a car entrance fee without proof of membership.
The vehicle entrance fee is paid directly to and directly supports the county park. To receive the benefit of free parking while visiting CuriOdyssey, Members must present a current membership card and valid parking pass to the Ranger at the gatehouse, and then display the parking pass on their vehicle’s dashboard. The Coyote Point Park Gatehouse does not keep a list of active museum Members.
Mail, fax, email, or phone the new and previous address to the museum. If possible, please enter your new contact information and previous address on a membership application form.
Membership cards are only distributed to the named adults on the membership. Depending on the amount of your donation, there can be two to three named adults. Organizational memberships are not available at this time.
If you have a Family level membership or higher, your children are always covered under your membership, so your membership card will allow free admission for them. Any guests they bring will receive a $4 discount on regular daily admission (up to 4 tickets).
Membership cards are non-transferable. You may purchase a membership that allows more named adults (Director's Circle levels), or a membership that includes guests every time you or your children visit (Family Plus, Advocate and Innovators Circle levels).
Admission applies only to the named cardholders on the membership card.
Membership For All memberships are an extension of our participation in the Museums for All program. All members included on an MFA membership must live in the same household and all must qualify for Golden State Advantage/SNAP/CalFresh, WIC, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Healthy Families or Kaiser Cares for Kids.
Please bring proof of participation in at least one of the above programs along with a photo ID to the front entrance to apply for this membership.
