General admission:

Need to join or renew membership? Please join or renew first. After you receive a purchase confirmation email, you can acquire member tickets at the admission window. There is no need to reserve member tickets. If you would like to reserve discounted tickets for your guests, please create a login with our ticketing system or log into your existing account by selecting the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the ticketing page. Your member discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

CuriOdyssey is pleased to invite visitors of all backgrounds to engage in positive experiences that inspire a love of science and curiosity about the world. To foster a positive environment, CuriOdyssey expects visitors to follow our code of conduct.

Tickets FAQ

How do I purchase tickets to visit CuriOdyssey?

You may purchase tickets online or in person. All online tickets are for a specific date and time. Please check your tickets before completing your purchase to ensure that your tickets are for the date and time you would like to visit.

As a member, do I still need to reserve tickets or can I just show my member card at the front desk?

Member tickets are not available for online reservation. Please bring a photo ID with you and members can be checked in at the admission window.

As a member, how do I get discounted admission tickets for my guests?

When you are reserving your own member tickets, click on the General Admission tab and you will be able to add additional tickets for non-member guests. You will automatically receive the discount that is appropriate for your membership level:

Individual Plus – one free guest ticket and $8 off up to 4 additional guest tickets
Family – $8 off up to 4 guest tickets
Family Plus – two free guest tickets each visit and $8 off up to 4 additional guest tickets
Advocate – four free guest tickets each visit and $8 off up to 4 additional guest tickets
Innovators Circle and Director’s Circle – unlimited free guest tickets each visit

What if I don’t have a credit or debit card to purchase tickets?

If you need to pay cash or by check for a ticket, please contact CuriOdyssey at 650-342-7755 or [email protected] at least one week before your planned visit date.

How do I get discounted tickets for Museums for All, reciprocal program, etc.?

Tickets are available at the door at any time during our operating hours. Discount tickets are not sold in advance. If you have any questions about discount tickets please email [email protected]
