Photo Recap: Sensory Sunday
This summer marked the relaunch of our events designed for guests who are neurodivergent, have sensory sensitivities, and/or have difficulty in traditional museum settings. Previously called Super Families Salute, our new Sensory Sunday event series invites guests for an afternoon of guided experiences, a variety of sensory explorations and spaces, access to sensory support kits, and more. During our first two events in July and September, over 400 attendees enjoyed free attendance thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, and over 50 volunteers helped make the events run smoothly. Special thanks to Magical Bridge, PARCA Auxiliary, and National Charity League for providing volunteer support!
The next Sensory Sunday will take place on December 10. To receive event details and registration information when they become available, please sign up for our email newsletter.
