Solo was found starving in a field in the East Bay and missing half of her wing. After being rescued, she was trained by a volunteer at a local rehab center. Solo came to CuriOdyssey in 1995 and has been the resident education bird for the last 22 years. Beloved by thousands of children and parents, Solo is now nearing a relaxing retirement.
