ABOUT CURIODYSSEY

Melissa Felder is a seasoned executive with decades of experience in the nonprofit, aquarium, and museum sectors in the Bay Area. She most recently served as CuriOdyssey's Interim Executive Director, where she helped select our current CEO and set CuriOdyssey up to thrive in our next phase of development. Before that, she worked at California Academy Of Sciences where she was Chief Experience Officer. In that role, Felder oversaw the Aquarium, Planetarium, and Natural History Museum. She was focused on visitor experience development and delivery, as well as earned revenue and its associated drivers. Prior to that role, Felder served as Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer. Before falling in love with mission-driven science organizations, she worked in leadership roles in consumer financial services, technology, food & beverage. She is currently the Principal Consultant at Tam View Strategy, her own executive consulting firm.
