Registration & Refund Policies and Procedures
Innovators Circle Donor Registration: Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 9:00pm-11:00pm.
Registration for CuriOdyssey members, donors and stakeholders who have contributed $1000 and above.
CuriOdyssey Member Registration: Friday, February 3, 2017 opens at 9:00pm.
Registration for Members at the Family level and above.
If you are a Family, Supporter, or Advocate level member and register during the Innovators Circle registration period your camp registration will be cancelled and you will be eligible to re-register on February 3, 2017 starting at 9:00pm.
You must have a current Family Level Membership or above at the time you register for camp. Check the expiration date on your membership card; if it expires before your registration date, please RENEW your membership! Camp registrations completed without a current membership will be cancelled. Because memberships are donations, they are non-refundable. Having a membership does not guarantee you a spot in camp.
Registering Your Children
You can only register children on your membership and in your household. Because camp is impacted we only allow children living in the household of the member to be registered by that member. Members who register their friend’s children, even if the friend is a member, or children not on their membership (nieces/nephews or children visiting from out of town) will be cancelled. You can contact our membership manager to ensure that your children are on your membership.
Full camps will have a waiting list. There is no charge to be on a waitlist. If a space becomes available, we will contact those on the waiting list in order of their registration. You will be contacted ONLY if a space becomes available for you, and you will have one business day to confirm and pay for that space. If we do not hear from you within one business day, we will remove the camper from the waiting list.
Be sure to choose your camps carefully and review before you pay. Once you have registered and payed for your camps all refund/cancellation policies apply. The cancellation fee designed and implemented to recover costs incurred for cancellation and to discourage cancellations.
If you cancel your camp session by 11:59pm, March 2, 2017, you can get a refund less a 20% cancellation charge of the camp fee for each camp session cancelled.
If you cancel on or after 12:00am, March 3, 2017 and before the “No Refund Date,” you can get a refund less a 50% cancellation charge of the camp fee for each camp session cancelled.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing, and can be emailed to our Scheduler or faxed to (650) 342-7853. The time and date stamp of the email or fax will serve as the official time of your cancellation request.
Please note: Membership to CuriOdyssey does not guarantee a space in camp. All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership is a 100% tax-deductible donation.
If you need to change your camp session and/or transfer to another, you can do so (provided space is available) on or before April 1, 2017. There is a $50/camper change fee assessed for each change.
